- Are you familiar with Landlord/ Property Inventory Check in Check out?

  We work with Rental Property Inventories Companies, so we know exactly what is needed to be done for Check in or Check out Reports.

-Do You Guaranteed to get my deposit back?if its related to Cleaning?

Yes. Absolutely, otherwise we will clean your home again and again.

 

-Do you clean inside windows ?

Yes.  All inside windows are included in the end of tenancy cleaning check list.

-Do you clean external  windows ?

Yes. if you ask for it and pay for it, as its not included in the end of tenancy cleaning check list.

however, if some situations, we might not be able to clean due to many factors, in this case, we will refund  you the extra charge.

 

-Do you charge extra for Weekend jobs?

No. 

-What items do you clean (end of tenancy cleaning)?

-There are items i want you to clean, but not included in your cleaning check list?

No problem! please let us know in advance, and we are happy to work out a cleaning solution,

Please note cleaning extra items do take time and this time need to be rewarded financially to our cleaners.

Please let us know in the initial form what extra items you want us to clean.

-Is your site secure?

We use SSL encryption which protects your details sent over the internet from third-party access and manipulation.

-Why do i have to pay a deposit by Credit Card?

To secure your booking & to protect us from fake booking.

 

-Is my Credit Card info secure?

We use stripe.com SSL encryption to process the credit card payment. Stripe is a leader in the online payment processing. 

-I have last minute cleaning request, (tomorrow morning ), can you secure my booking?

Yes, we do absolute best to accommodate all cleaning requests 

 

-How do i amend or cancel my booking

It's easy, just call / email us.

-How do you gain access if I'm not available?

If possible you can leave keys with concierge or neighbor, under the door Matt, or any hidden place we can agree on, We can even pick them up from Estate agents and drop them back.

-Is there Any hidden charges ?

   No, All of Our Prices are including Materials, Equipment,,etc.

  Only Congestion and Parking fees apply if any.or you want us to clean items that does not include in our Cleaning Check List

-What is your  Guaranteed policy ?

   Yes, 72hrs If for any reason, you, your landlord, Estate agent are not happy with anything, we will of course return to    re-clean Free of charge.

*please note this guaranteed will be void if anyone apart from our cleaners,Customer or & estate agent/inventory  shall walk around the property during or after cleaning.

*Customer or & estate agent/inventory check person are welcome to inspect the property once the cleaning is done. 

-Do you provided cleaning materials, equipment and supply?

Yes, all included in the price.We provide only the Best Materials & Equipment on the market today. The key to a Professional clean is to use Professional Materials & Equipment.

-Do you professionally clean oven included ?

Yes.The Oven cleaning is a very important part of end of tenancy cleaning, We put a lot of focus on the oven.

-Is VAT included ?

Yes, The price you see includes VAT.(if any)

-What if I'm or the Landlord  not happy with the cleaning? 

You have 72hrs Guaranteed cleaning service, therefore, we will come back and re-clean all area in questions at No extra charge.

*Please note * in this situation, do NOT allow   your landlord to get their cleaning team to re-clean, let them know  that you have us as your cleaning company and we would be happy to do the re-clean up. 

-DO you De-Grease all appliances-?

Yes, using special products we de-grease all appliances , cupboards, wall tiles, extractor, hobs etc.

-How do i pay the balance?

The balance -£10, will be either paid cash to the cleaners after the cleaning is done, or put it back to the credit card.

*Please let us know few days in advance how you would like to pay, we assume all payment will be settled by the same credit card the deposit was paid, unless we are told otherwise.

-What happens if anything is damaged by your professionals  ?

Our professionals are Fully Insured.

-Do you provided Company receipts?

Yes, We will email you with a Company Receipt at the end of the clean.
